LOCATION & COST

I am located between the West Midland's in the UK and the Powys region of Wales. However location is not an issue as I do work with clients based all around the UK and Internationally.

Covid-19 has changed the way we all work, including myself and as such now undertake primarily web-based sessions with clients. Or,  for those who prefer telephone-based sessions I am happy to provide this service too, as I appreciate not everyone is happy to video call

​

I have found from experience that  the optimum number of sessions is 3 – 5, subject to the specific situation.  The idea of looking at the ultimate goal can be daunting, so I will help you break it down into smaller manageable chunks !

I will always have a free 30-minute introductory call, prior to commencing the  first coaching session, to determine your requirements.  This is a great way to get over the nerves; and ensure coaching is the right course of action for you.
